Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask you to provide at least a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel/reschedule, as we aim to allow more availability to our clients and to respect our therapists' time. A 24-hour cancellation is required. Anything less than a 24-hour notice will be billed for the whole amount. Clients can reschedule or cancel their appointments by clicking the "Reschedule/Cancel" tab on the main screen if it is a 24+ hour notice.
 
Appointments can be made 50 days in advance with a 15-hour notice.
