Cancellation Policy

​Due to high demand and limited space, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice to cancel/reschedule as we aim to provide availability for our clients and to respect our therapists' time. Anything less than a 24-hour notice will be billed in full, and no refund or credits will be given. We appreciate your understanding.

Appointments can be made up to 50 days in advance and with at least a 15-hour notice.
