Monthly Membership & Package Plan Rules

Purchasing a Monthly Membership & or a Package plan requires that you read and agree to the terms of the policy and the frequently asked questions. This page serves as a refresher on the policy.

Monthly Membership

Billed automatically every month- you save $10 off each massage, so a total saving of $120 for the whole year. Massage memberships last 1 year and do not automatically renew.
Massages only last for the billing cycle- no extensions or exceptions
When you sign up, you can choose when your billing cycle begins. For example, you can choose for it to start the day you sign up (let's pretend Jan 15th) or the 1st of the following month, etc.
Billing cycles, and therefore the time you can redeem your massages, go from the first day of your billing cycle to the day before the next billing cycle. For example, if you chose to have your billing cycle start on Jan 15th, you would have from Jan 15th- Feb 14th to use your Jan credit. The next billing cycle would start Feb 15th- March 14th and so forth.
Your massage credit will only show available once you have been billed for that billing cycle. For example, if your billing cycle starts on January 15th, you may have to wait till later in the day on the 15th for your massage credit to appear.
You can see the details of your subscription (massage credits you have, billing cycle, etc.) under the "My subscriptions" tab.
Please make sure to mark your deadlines on your calendar as it will be your responsibility to book within the allotted time. We advise you to book 2 weeks in advance as slots fill up quickly.
No refunds

Package Deals

Billed upfront for a package of 6 massages- you save $10 per massage, $60 in total with the package
Package plans expire after 6 months- no exceptions. For example, if you bought a package on Jan 1st, it would expire July 2nd.
You can use the massages however you'd like- book all massages in 1 month, or 1 a month, or 2 a month every other month, etc.
Package deals do not automatically renew
No refunds granted
You can check the details of your package plan (how many credits you have left, your billing and expiration date, etc) under the "My subscriptions" tab
Please make sure to mark this on your calendar, as it is your responsibility to remember to book the massages in the allotted time. We recommend booking in advance as slots fill up fast.
