Do you offer couples massages?Not at the moment.

Do you offer gift certificates?Yes, we do—thank you for the referral! Gift certificates can be purchased online via the “Buy a Gift Certificate” tab on our main page. They are delivered by email, so please ensure the recipient’s email is correct. You can choose the delivery date and add a personal message. We no longer offer paper certificates, but you may email one to yourself to print and gift in person.

Do you offer pregnancy massage?How exciting! Yes, we offer pregnancy massage and we have a comfy pregnancy bolster for the ultimate experience.

Do you offer lymphatic treatments?Yes! Lymphatic treatments are excellent for reducing swelling and helping the body eliminate toxins. Please note, this is not a traditional massage. It’s a gentle, light-touch technique designed to support the immune system and aid in post-surgical recovery.

Can I book the day of?We require 15-hour notice to book online to afford our therapist some notice of their schedule. However, we would love to see you. You're welcome to text the day of to see if we have availabilty but you'll always have a better chance of getting in if you book online.

Do I need to get fully unclothed for a massage?This is totally up to you! Most people choose to get fully undressed so the therapist can work the targeted muscles more efficiently. We respect your privacy and drape with the utmost repect. Your comfort is our priority.

What is your cancellation policy?We kindly ask for a 48-hour notice for cancellations/reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice are non-refundable. To request a refund, please text us at 801-205-0626 as refunds are not processed automatically. Please know that refunds given will be for the service amount minus a 5% cancellation fee. You're always welcome to reschedule for free with atleast a 24-hour notice. Thank you for your understanding as we try to respect our therapists' time and increase availability for our clients.

Do you take HSAs?Yes! Most HSAs will work on the online checkout. However, some banks do not work with our online payment method. If you receive an error, when checking out with your HSA card, please reselect your service and appointment time, and then fill out the HSA form on the top of the page that is titled " HSA Users". Please note this is a submission form and we will send you a link to make the payment for your service. Once paid in full, we will confirm your booking.

Do you take insurance?You’re welcome to book a massage and pay out of pocket. We can provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please let us know in advance if you plan to seek reimbursement so we can coordinate the schedule and prepare the receipts promptly.
