
Terms and Conditions
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations whenever possible. This allows other clients the opportunity to book and respects our therapists’ time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. For cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice, a refund will be issued minus a 5% processing fee. You will need to reach out to Holly if you choose to cancel in order to get your refund. Please text her at : 801-205-0626. If you'd prefer, you’re welcome to reschedule at no additional cost.
You can manage your bookings by going to the "Manage Bookings" tab to cancel or reschedule.
Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment to ensure you receive your full session time. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we cannot guarantee your therapist will still be available. If your appointment is missed due to late arrival, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given. A new appointment will need to be booked and paid in full.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform their therapist of any allergies, medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy prior to receiving services. By receiving services from Knotted Up Massage, you acknowledge and accept that massage therapy carries certain inherent risks.
By proceeding with services, you agree to release Knotted Up Massage and its therapists, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, condition, or adverse reaction that may occur during or after your appointment, whether on or off the premises.
